K2 Professional Support and Administrative Assistant

K2 is an innovative network of IP professionals supported by the top-rank resources of Keltie LLP. The network gives access to Patent, Trademark and Design attorneys and consultants who have a unique blend of in house and private practice backgrounds.

K2 Consultants work flexibly on a dispersed, yet cohesive basis, liaising seamlessly with each other and with their colleagues in Keltie.

As part of the expansion of K2 we are looking to recruit a Professional Support and Administrative Assistant.

The professional support element of the role, will include managing attorney reminder list and deadlines, providing attorney and case management support, issuing terms of business and engagement letters to clients, carrying out conflict checks and working with the Professional Support Manager on reciprocity and pricing.

The role will include providing Administrative Support for the Operational elements of K2, to include dealing with consultant on boarding and queries, support to K2 management, assisting with reports, the annual conference and virtual monthly meetings.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in formalities and/or professional support. They must have excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work accurately under pressure, and willingness to work a few evenings occasionally for networking events. They will possess good standard of verbal and written communication skills and be proactive in assisting the attorneys in monitoring and meeting their deadlines.
